PIPELINE
Engineering, procurement and supply of materials, construction, and all other start-up and testing work required to design, procure and construct an operational gas pipeline.
(a) Scope #1: Installation and support for the trenchless installation landfall near Dos Bocas (the “Dos Bocas Landfall”);
(b) Scope #2: Mainlines and Connections from Dos Bocas Landfall Entry Point to Meter station.
The 36” pipeline section is about 1.972 km in length, of which 1.5 km is offshore and the rest is onshore. The Offshore-Onshore transition will be installed by means of a direct pipe crossing of about 1.03 km in length.
METER STATION
The Dos Bocas meter station is located at the eastern end of the South East Gateway Extension Pipeline system. The inlet flow will be 752 MMSCFD with a design pressure of 15,306 kPag. There will be pressure regulation to drop the design pressure to 9930 kPag for the meter station. This meter station will provide gas to the Dos Bocas refinery.
The Dos Bocas meter station will include:
- One (1) receiving scraper trap 36”X42”
- 3 Filters (2+1)
- 1 Meter skid (2+1)
- 1 Pressure regulation (1+1)
- 2 Gas Heaters (2+0)
