A GLOBAL, SHARED CERTIFICATION
The starting point for our developmentSICIM has been certified in conformity with standard OHSAS 18001 for its Occupational Health and Safety Management System since 2009 and in 2011 also obtained ISO 14001 certification for the Environmental Management System implemented in the company. The approach to Health, Safety and the Environment implemented by SICIM is extended to all the staff of our clients, subcontractors, visitors and suppliers involved in our activities.
Each company activity is performed with a view to full protection of persons with the lowest possible environmental impact. Our beliefs in this sense are not an achievement but rather an essential prerequisite for all our activities.
AN INTERNATIONAL APPROACH
The certifications apply to all our sites around the world The scope of the SICIM certifications refer to all the company activities: ‘Engineering, procurement, construction and installation of pipelines and associated plants for gas, oil and water’.
For the company, the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications are the first step towards the continual improvement of its services. The common purpose is thus replicated in all sites, aiming to minimise the impacts on people and the environment.
SICIM staff and management are fully committed and suitably trained to implement the company policies.
Since 2014 the certifications have also been extended to all sites in which the company works, bringing improvements and advantages to guarantee greater efficiency in the operations relating to the review, control and conservation of resources and simplification of procedures.
