The international dimensions reached by the group have not compromised the organisation as a family business, from the top management to the construction sites: this is why it is not rare to see parents, children and siblings working side by side. Often the grandchildren follow in their grandfathers’ footsteps, those who first embraced SICIM’s philosophy and challenges in the first large construction sites in Italy and abroad in the Seventies and Eighties. Today, wherever it works the company involves local excellences, expanding its own know-how and integrating into the local territory. In this way the SICIM family has expanded over time, and today includes over twenty different nationalities.
Founded in Busseto based on the intuition of Gian Pietro Riccardi and his brother Luigi and wife Carla, since 1962 SICIM has been working successfully for the Oil&Gas sector.
