    PURPOSES Responding to queries or requests sent by the user via the completed contact form
    LEGAL BASIS The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller to respond to any requests you submit.
    OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA For this purpose, you are free not to provide your data, but if you do not provide them, the Controller will not be able to respond to your requests.
  1. WHO ARE MY DATA SHARED WITH?
    Your data are shared with:
    • the Company in charge of website management and maintenance.
    You may request a full list of the recipients of your personal data by writing to privacy@sicim.eu.
    Under no circumstances will your personal data be disseminated.
  1. ARE MY DATA TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?
    Your data are not normally transferred outside the European Union. In the event that the data are transferred outside the European Union, this will be done in one of the ways permitted by applicable law, such as the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission, or other guarantees that ensure an adequate level of protection.   1. HOW LONG ARE MY DATA STORED?
    The Controller will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are being processed. Specifically, your data will be retained for the time necessary to respond to you.
    At the end of this period, the Controller will irreversibly delete the data—using secure destruction or deletion methods—or will retain them in an anonymous form that does not allow, even indirectly, for your identification.

  1. WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?
    You have the following rights:
    • Right to access your data: the right to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to your personal data – and a copy of it – and to receive information about the processing;
    • Right to data rectification: the right to obtain from the Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay and the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement.
    • Right to erasure of data: the right to obtain from the Controller the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies:
      • the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
      • you object to the processing and there is no overriding legitimate reason for processing;
      • the personal data have been processed unlawfully;
      • the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation that the Controller is subject to;
    • Right to restriction of processing: the right to obtain from the Controller a restriction of processing when one of the following situations applies:
      • you challenge the accuracy of personal data, for the period necessary for the Controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data;
      • the processing is unlawful and you object to the erasure of your personal data and instead request that their use be restricted;
      • although the Controller no longer needs them for processing purposes, the personal data are necessary to you for the assessment, exercise or defence of a legal claim;
      • you objected to the processing pending verification as to whether the Controller's legitimate reasons prevail over those of the data subject.
    • Right to object to processing: the right to object to processing carried out for the performance of a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, or based on the legitimate interests of the Controller or third parties, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
    • Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or affects you in a similar significant way.
    You may exercise your rights by sending a request to the Controller's e-mail address privacy@sicim.eu. The Controller will reply to you as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 30 days after your request.
  1. HOW CAN I LODGE A COMPLAINT?
    If you wish to lodge a complaint about the manner in which your personal data are processed by the Controller or about the handling of a complaint that you have lodged, you have the right to file a claim directly with the Italian Supervisory Authority in the manner set out on the website www.garanteprivacy.it.
