Samalayuca - Sasabe Pipeline.
Firm Scope of work includes construction, installation and hydro testing of pipeline 36” from KP 305 to KP 418 (113 km) and from KP 474 to KP 609 (135 km). Total pipeline length is 248 km. Engineering and Procurement will be provided by Client.
Summary of the main activities to be performed is detailed below:
- ROW, access Roads;
- Trenching;
- Stringing;
- Bending, Welding & NDT;
- Coating;
- Lower-in;
- Hydrostatic & cleaning
- Boring Crossings;
- Open Cuts;
- Cathodic Protection (Installation only);
The following activities will be considered as OPTIONS
- MLV;
- Pig traps;
- EMRyC;
- Caliper & Drying;
- Alignment Sheet;
- As Built;
- Pipe Yards (3) construction and operation;
- Rescate de Flora y Fauna;
- Offloading from Railway and transport of pipe to pipe yards
