Project information

Main facilities to be installed in the KPC plant and in the field are:

 

- Two (2) x 9.5 MMSm3/d TEG dehydration  & TEG DrizorM regeneration capacity;

 

- Four (4) x 6.5 MMSm3/d JT MP HCDP capacity (2 for eaeh gas dehydration train);

- Gas/Gas heat exchanger to dose LP gas by-pass system;

 

- Hard connections to the existing utilities and any required upgrade to existing facilities;

- Electrical Substation  l Process lnterface Building (PIB) No.9 (to accommodate both E&l equipment);

- Upgrade to existing KPC electrical system;

 

-Incrementai upgrades to DCS,ESD, F&G (ICSS node) systems, dedicated to KGDBN, but installed as extensions of existing systems & houses within the Process lnterface  Building 9 (PIB 9) at KPC;

- Main and secondary Pipe Rack (to connect the new process areato the existing pian).

- lnstallation of a 10.8KM 26" pipeline connecting the export gas from KPC to

Tie-in 108 location  (includes 2 BVS and 36" manifold, flare at t he Tie-in 108 area)
