Master Contract. Various Construction Services.
Construction Services. SOW: provision of manpower, equipment, supervision, logistics support and management team to perform and support Company execution of planned turnarounds and unplanned shut down activities. General maintenance support throughout the Tengiz Area.
Civil works:
Construction; alteration; repair of improvement of the clearance of the right of ways preparatory to the excavation of trenches or ditches, concrete repairs or installations, roadway maintenance, ground maintenance, cleanups and restorations of areas upon completion of works.
Fixed Equipment Repair Services:
Maintenance, repair, disassembly, assembly, troubleshooting of fixed or static equipment. Cleaning of tanks, vessels. Blinding or de-blinding of equipment or piping, exchanger cleaning and repairs.
Welding – Fabrication:
Execute a variety of welding tasks related to preventive maintenance, repair. Turnaround and special construction projects, using hand tools, precision measuring devices, grinders, cutting torches, drills, electric hammers, saws and other tools to complete required tasks.

- Tack-welds or weld components and assemblies, using electric gas, arc, or other welding equipment
- Installs or repairs equipment, such as pipes, structures, frames, valves, tank linings, etc.
- Heats, forms, and dresses metal parts, using hand tools, torch, or arc welding equipment
- Welds components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
- Determines required equipment and welding method, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques
- Develops templates and other work aids to hold and or align parts
- Requests equipment and suppliers for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items
- Fabricates a wide variety of metal structures from oral directions, sketches, drawings and blueprints
- Experienced working with Carbon Steel and Stainless steel butt welds, socket welds, threaded pipe, plate steel and tubing.
