Seventeen years ago, on March 6, an association was founded.
It was established by 12 companies—both national firms and Italian branches of multinationals—with one clear goal: to enhance the role of women in corporate leadership.
Since 2009, Valore D has grown into the leading network of Italian businesses committed to promoting an inclusive culture, providing best practices, models, and training to strengthen governance, leadership, and ESG practices.
Today, we are proud to join this network, following the achievement of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification and a deeper awareness of the value of diversity and inclusion.
