Detail design, engineer, procure and construct, PRE-COMMISSION and achieve MECHANICAL COMPLETION, COMMISSION, START-UP, and PERFORMANCE TEST of the FACILITIES in accordance with SECTION III (SCOPE OF WORK) and SECTION IV (DESIGN DOSSIER).

a) PC for Surface facilities associated with three (3) oil production wells, Y678, Y787 and Y831, for Yamama Facilities and the flowline gathering network associated with these three (3) single oil production wells. 

b) Civil construction for pilot production facilities packages (degassing, SIH/SS, chemical, flare, piping sleepers, trenching for cables, shades for instrumentation), at three (3) locations for wells Y678, Y787 and Y83, including earth works, excavation, foundation, compaction, soil backfilling, site grading for well 787 Pilot Production facility.

c) Power supply provided from existing Mishrif network

d) Control, Monitoring and tripping of Yamama PPF performed from ICSS and also from ESD push button located in the existing CCR of MCB in Mishrif CPF plot area and also from well pad area through panel mounted OWS/EWS.

e) Telecommunication and Security Systems on Y678, Y831 and Y787 PPF including integration with Mishrif CPF and upgrading existing system on Mishrif Well Pads M5, M12 and M7.

f) Project bulk material management for each discipline.

g) Installation of FOC cables between Yamama and Mishrif well pads.

h) HVAC system for the substations;

i) FACP and HSSD system for the SS/SIH;

j) FSS for the SS/SIH

k) Procurement including LLI, other equipment, bulk material, all necessary tools, spare parts, lubricants and chemicals for PRE-COMMISSIONING, COMMISSIONING, START UP and PERFORMANCE TESTS, all first fills and all other materials required for the COMPLETION of the WORK and spare parts for the first two (2) years of FACILITIES operation;

l) Transportation of all necessary materials, parts, equipment, personnel and any other items required for the WORK and / or the FACILITIES;

m) PERFORMANCE TESTS of said WORK and upon completion thereof, the timely HAND-OVER and transfer of care and custody at PROVISIONAL ACCEPTANCE of the completed FACILITIES to COMPANY for operation thereof by COMPANY;

n) Clearance of the outstanding items in any relevant PUNCH LISTS to COMPANY’S satisfaction prior to PROVISIONAL ACCEPTANCE;

o) DEFECTS CORRECTION PERIOD;

p) Achievement of FINAL ACCEPTANCE; and  

q) Required preparation of operational and maintenance personnel to build skills and competences in operating the FACILITIES.
